I do and I think we can make it into a good place to share ideas and points about getting fit and staying healthy.
I'm kind of luck in that I seem to stay about the same weight whatever I eat and I guess that's down to my metabolisim.

Lately I've been working out cause it the Summer but mostly I avoid gyms and pull some weights at home. My top tip for other onlinedietzone members is to eat what you think about and listen to your body. Hope to have some good discussions in the General Teams, then also focused conversations in Private Teams.
